Roger W. Hart, R.P.L.S.
A second generation Texas land surveyor,
Roger Hart began his
surveying career at the age of sixteen. He became a Registered
Professional Land Surveyor in the State of Texas at the age of
twenty-five.
Roger is a member of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping,
the National Society of Professional Surveyors, the
Geographic and
Land Information Society, and the Texas Society of Professional
Surveyors (TSPS). He is a past president and member of the Executive
Committee of the North Central Texas Chapter of TSPS.
He has also served on the Course Development Committee of TSPS
preparing and presenting educational seminars for surveying
technicians across the state. He is currently president of Area Surveying, Inc.,
specializing in commercial and development surveys for institutional
and investor clients.
He lives in Fort Worth with his two daughters and his wife of 27
years.
When not working, he attends classes in Geographic Information
Systems, consumes more Starbucks than is physically or financially
good for him and enjoys running
marathons.
